Orders are processed within three business days of submitting the order on the web. Of course Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count for shipping or processing days. Our store is also closed on Mondays so no ship out on Mondays. Most orders will reach you between 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. If for some reason we do not have an item in stock, and is back ordered, we will notify you within 3-4 business days. At times since we also have a store some things can get sold before we are able to take it out of stock on the website. Also if we have traveled to a horseshow or rodeo, and set up a booth and things are sold we do not update until we get back in store. Again if this happens you will be notified and if we can get it for you we will let you know the time frame of your shipment or if it is no longer available we will refund your payment. If you see something you want and your size is sold out, you can email us and we can let you know just how fast we could get it in stock for you.
PLEASE understand that when we offer facebook specials and sales on our website, orders can be delayed from regular ship time because of the high volume of orders that we get. We process orders as they are received.
PLEASE also understand that we ship twice a week. We do not drive 20 miles to nearest post office more than twice a week. Our cost for shipping would increase. And often we offer free shipping to our customers. So please understand we are a specialty shop that has in store sales and ships twice a week.
If you place an order and then change your mind we do NOT give refunds. You can get a store credit for a future purchase.
POINT FOR YOU WHO QUESTION WHY YOU HAVE TO PAY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER: If you place an order with us of course your card is charged at that time. We do not take orders for free on the good faith that you will still want the item or items and have money at the time we are to ship them out after we have paid our help to pull, process, and pack your order, or may even have special ordered said items for you. Also if we were to take your card info and charge you at a later time guess what?? That means we got your card numbers. Most people don't want that so we use a SECURE website where you pay when you order. We CANNOT see your card or bank info. Not even how you paid or what kind of card.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that your order is not the correct size and you would like to exchange it we completely understand. We can exchange it IF we have your size in stock or a store credit will be issued. We do not refund purchases. And you are responsible for shipping of your return/exchange both ways. You must return your item(s) for exchange within our 10 day policy period. Return the item in original unused condition (tags attached), smoke free and pet hair free. If we feel you have worn the item we will not take the return. We have had people send back things worn and with pet hair and we CAN NOT resell any item you have used! We try and describe sizes the best we can. Please ask questions if your not clear on the sizing. Or search size chart in our search bar on the website to see measurements.
We ask that you return any package WITH a tracking number. We are not responsible for your packages that are sent back without delivery confirmation if they are lost in mail. We pick up packages once a week at the post office. Please email us to get an ok for your return and ask for a Return Authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns will NOT be accepted after 10 days of receipt of your item. No exceptions. So email us right away if there is a problem so you can get it back to us within the 10 day period. Please allow extra time for any exchanges, store credits or store approved refunds to be processed and issued back to you. If you are exchanging for another size and we no longer have that size in stock we will let you know and you can choose another item or a store credit will be issued to you via email. Again we do NOT give refunds. If it is something we have to order for you to replace the item you returned it can take up to 3 weeks to get your item because of our order time and the reship time back to you.
It is NOT OK to return something that you used. Even if it was for one day. We do NOT take items back that have been worn or used. We do NOT resell used items. If you return it to us we will send it right back to you so don't waste your money shipping something back to us that you used!
We do not take returns on jewelry.

Shipping is our choice of U.S.P.S mail inside of the continental U.S. and usually takes 4-8 working post office days for delivery depending on delivery location once we ship your item. Shipping to Canada, and international destinations may take 15 to 20 business days for shipping. We DO NOT ship overnight. Exchanges and returns for store credit exclude shipping and handling charges.
No matter what the reason for your return to us IF we have agreed to pay the shipping back to us we will reimburse you for the shipping we charge on our website when you ordered said item. We are not responsible for anything OVER that amount. So ship smart and use first class mail and not priority mail as it is way more expensive.
If an item is put on sale after you have purchased it we do not refund the difference. If a code is offered for free shipping or a discount and you did not enter it we cannot credit you after your order is placed. All Sale Items are final sales. No refunds!
All International sales are final. No international returns.
We can Not guarantee shipping in time for Christmas after December 7th. With the number of orders and sales we have going on and that some items are special order December 7th is the cutoff date for Christmas. Thanks
